Upstream is looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build the company’s cloud cybersecurity solution for the automotive industry.

This role is full-time and is Herzliya Israel based.

Responsibilities

• Interface daily with our R&D teams to identify and resolve problems found during testing
• Work in close cooperation with product management architects and developers
• Deeply understand the business and technical requirements of existing and new products
• Work according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and ensuring high quality
• Create and execute manual Tests

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience with database products such as PSQL - a must 
• Proven experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
• At least 2 years experience in hands-on automation testing development (Java, Python)
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans
• Ability to research and resolve technical issues
• Highly organized and able to consistently deliver excellent quality on a timely manner
• Self-directed, flexible, and adaptable
• Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)
• Knowledge and previous experience working with cloud platforms (primarily Azure and AWS) 
• Practical knowledge of application security and vulnerabilities - an advantage
