We are looking for a talented Corporate Controller to join our Finance team. This role includes managing corporate accounting, taxation and payroll across several subsidiaries, overseeing regulatory and financial reporting, preparing budgets and forecasts, and developing internal control policies and procedures.
As a Corporate Controller, you will be reporting to the CFO and managing a team that is responsible for the finance, accounting, and reporting activities for the company.
This role is full-time and is Israel-based.
Responsibilities
- Managing the global finance and accounting operations
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting - analyzing financial results
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
- Develop and monitor business performance metrics
- Prepare and maintain various reports supporting business needs
- Responsible for budget and forecast preparation and tracking.
- Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
- Take an active role in managing projects and improving processes
- Responsible for the payroll process in several subsidiaries
Requirements
- CPA with 4+ years of experience in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms
- At least 2 years of experience as a controller in a SaaS Startup company with global activity and subsidiaries
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations
- Expertise in international taxation
- High level of Excel
- Experience in NetSuite
- Excellent English
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of Integrity, precision, and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
